Complimentary delivery will be offered to Retail orders placed online & over the value of 100AED
Deliveries in Dubai will be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
Complimentary delivery outside Dubai is not currently available.
Your delivery date & time will be confirmed by the Lime Tree Cafe.
Alternative options if you require your order sooner
or on a specific date & time:
- You are welcome to collect your order from Al Quoz Cafe
- We can schedule a courier for you for 40aed within Dubai or from 60aed outside Dubai.
Areas we currently are unable to offer complimentary delivery to:
Sharjah - Abu Dhabi - Al Ain - Al Khawaneej - Al Qusais - Al Twar Muhaisnah - Al Mizhar - Oud Al Muteena - Al Warqa - Liwan - Warsan
Nadd Al Hamar - Ras Al Khor - Ras Al Khaimah - Umm Ramool
& areas outside Dubai.

return & exchange policy
It is the policy of The Lime Tree to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to deliver the highest quality products.
Please note all food items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you would like to exchange non-food item please return the product to The Lime Tree Café, Al Quoz within 7 days along with your printed order confirmation.
An exchange is based on the goods being returned to The Lime Tree Cafe in the same condition they were delivered; with tags & packaging in place & no visible damage.
If you have received incorrect, faulty or damaged goods please call us on 04 325 6325 or email .
Please contact us and return the product to The Lime Tree Café, Al Quoz within 7 days along with your printed order confirmation for a refund.
Once the item is returned to us & damage assessed we will then issue a refund or exchange.
Please note for online purchases refunds can take up to 14 days to process.
